I have designed my sessions and products to suit a variety of needs. I know that each client is different and therefore I do not have set packages but rather a la’ carte items to allow you to select what you want. I would love to photograph your child/family multiple times throughout the year and I’ve created products that combine images from these different sessions. Below are the different stages of a session.

the consultation:

Before each session, we would have a consultation (about 30 minutes) to discuss my style, pricing, products, my Points Rewards Program, etc. This is a great opportunity for me to understand what you’re looking for and to create a customized selection that is tailored to you. We would also discuss location, clothing, expectations, and any other details surrounding the photo shoot.

the session:

I typically photograph 1–2 sessions per day, one in the morning, and one later in the afternoon. These times work best for natural light and it also allows me to focus on your session without rushing out to another one. The session itself can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. I like to observe my clients and get them comfortable so I can capture natural expressions. With newborns, there tends to be lots of eating and changing breaks.

the presentation:

Within 2 weeks after the session, I will call or email you to set up a time to come view your images. All images are edited, briefly retouched, and put into a slideshow with music. At this time we will also discuss the products again and some ideas for your photos. This meeting usually takes about an hour and it’s a good idea to leave the kids at home so you can comfortably view the images. Once you leave the presentation, you will be emailed a link to the slideshow. At the end of each slideshow, is a list of the images with the image numbers. You will use these image numbers to place your order. The online slideshow will expire in 2 weeks from the presentation.

the ordering session:

Once you have gone through the online slideshow (100 times I’m sure!) and selected your favorite images, we will schedule another meeting which can be at your home or at the studio. This appointment can take up to an hour. If you are interested in purchasing portraits for your wall, I can take a look at the wall and give recommendations on the size and finish. I also create custom art pieces as well so this is a great time for me to view your home style and figure out what would look great hanging on your walls. Once your order is placed, it takes less than 2 weeks for delivery. Custom framing or custom art orders typically take a little longer.

The Points Program is designed to reward clients for purchasing sessions and products. The more you spend the more points you earn. You can then use these points for sessions or products. Also, for each referral that uses me, you earn 100 points! I will keep track of the points and keep you updated before each new session. It’s my way of rewarding my clients for their continued support. The best part of the program is that you get to choose how you want to spend your points!   Greeting Cards are available for any occasion. Choose from several different sizes and paper surfaces. Your cards will be custom-designed so your cards will be unique. Order for holidays, birth announcements, invitations, etc.

  Edge Collection - This is an economical alternative to the flush-mounted album as the prints are adhered to an adhesive backing. Each album has 10 pages, 20 sides, printed on photographic paper. Sizes are 5x7, 8x8, 8x10, 10x10, and 12x12. Prints will have ¼" black or white border on edges. Cover options are silk or leather, in several different colors.
